Passover Cookie Recipe

1/2 cup margarine
1 cup matzo cake meal
1 cup ground pecans
3/8 cup sugar
1 egg

Cut margarine into matzo meal.
Add remaining ingredients and work with fingers to form a ball of stiff dough.
Chill dough for apx.1/2 hour.
Make 2" balls and press onto greased cookie sheet into 4" diameter circles 1/4" thick.
Bake at 350 degrees or until tops turn golden brown.
Let cool completely on baking rack.

Since her graduation from the Corcoran School of Art in 1999, Mica has exhibited her photographs and collages in juried and invitational group exhibitions.
